Storage and use of your personal data
The information collected on this form is recorded in a computer file used by Les Voyageurs to communicate information related to Elysium Escape’s services.

It is kept for 3 years and is intended for the marketing and sales departments based within the European Union.

This file can only be accessed by the management and their sales and marketing assistant.

By ticking the compulsory consent box before submitting each form on the www.elysium-escape.com website (“I authorize Elysium Escape to contact me personally about the trips it offers. Right of access to your personal data
You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting our IT department:

By post: ELYSIUM ESCAPE – 11, route du Village, 74400 CHAMONIX, with a copy of your identity card/passport. To be sent ideally by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt.

The person responsible for the file has a maximum of 2 months from the date of the request to reply, whether the request is made by post or in person. The CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) specifies: “If the request is incomplete (e.g. the identity document is missing), the file manager is entitled to ask for additional information: the time limit is then suspended and starts running again once these elements have been provided”.

Changing your subscriptions
You can also freely modify your subscription to our communications by clicking on “Modify my preferences” at the bottom of each of our communications sent by email.

To unsubscribe from all Traveller communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You will then be able to choose
– change your preferences for receiving our communications
– unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until you submit your consent again on the website.
