PROGRAM

To reach Abisko, you have to fly to Kiruna airport in Sweden or Narvik airport in Norway.
A private transfer will be organized to take you to Abisko Lodge, your base camp for the week, named after the mountain of the same name.
It is a short transfer of about 1 hour from Kiruna and 1½ hours from Narvik.
You will be welcomed by the lodge staff and shown to your rooms.
The evening continues with an equipment check and a briefing on basic heliskiing safety.
You will then have time to chat to your guides and discuss the week’s program before dinner.

the lodge is in an ideal location and is an exclusive gateway to amazing skiing and thrilling days.
After a hearty, gourmet breakfast, we get ready to set off to enjoy the routes selected according to the conditions.
The drop-off points are located within a short distance of each other so we can optimize flight time and take advantage of the multitude of drop-off points throughout the day.
Swedish Lapland is a landlocked region but benefits from a maritime climate, a combination that is another major advantage, guaranteeing cold, light and often abundant snow.
The helicopter drops you off at the summit so you can enjoy skiing the long slopes on open terrain coming down to forests of pine, spruce and birch.
When it suits you during your skiing time, we stop for a gourmet lunchtime picnic so you can set off again full of energy.
We return to the lodge in the middle or at the end of the day and you can then relax in your room or opt to unwind in the sauna.
In the evening, you join your guides again for a hearty meal.
The chef skillfully combines local specialties to offer a high-quality bistronomic menu.

Your stay in the Sápmi region is already coming to an end, leaving you with wonderful memories and many stories to tell.
You will be taken back to the airport for your return flight.
